We’ll always provide you with fixed price estimates. If our estimate is wrong and it’s our fault we’ll absorb the cost. Your project gets delivered on time and in budget. If the cost of the project needs to change we’ll discuss it with you, providing you with a fresh (fixed) estimate.

If we recommend, purchase and install hardware or software for you and it fails to perform as promised, we’ll fix it free of charge. If your hardware or software fails and it’s our fault we’ll fix it free of charge.
